Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tanziannah Soap & Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
