Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. This means we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at vickthomas@hotmail.com.

To be eligible for a review, your request must include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care goods such as soaps, body butters, and skincare products, due to hygiene and safety concerns.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, due to hygiene regulations, personal care items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible. If approved, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds
